Booking Process
Please book all courses below. A deposit is required on application, with the balance due 12 weeks the course start.
We offer a 10% charity discount – please enter the details on the booking form. Only one discount applies and will be deducted from the final payment. When a course is full, candidates may join a waiting list and will be contacted if places become available or for future courses.

Booking Conditions
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- The remaining balance is payable twelve weeks before the course start date.
- Amendments to course dates, venues, or bookings made more than twelve weeks before the course commences will incur a £25 administration fee, plus any difference in course fees. After this point, the cancellation policy will apply and the full fee will be payable.
- Cancellations of a booking due to the client not meeting the pre-course application criteria will incur a £25 administration fee, so please check your qualifications and experience meet the criteria before initial payment.
- Payments made via the website are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation
By the Client
All cancellations must be notified to WEMSI-International (UK) by email. Written confirmation of cancellation will be issued upon receipt of your email.
- Cancellations made more than twelve weeks before the course date will result in the deposit being forfeited in full.
- Cancellations made within twelve weeks of the course date will be liable for the full course fee.
By WEMSI-International (UK)
WEMSI-International (UK) will endeavour to deliver all courses as scheduled. However, if a course must be cancelled, you will be offered either:
- a full refund of any course fees paid by WEMSI-International (UK); or
- alternative dates at a mutually convenient time.
Force Majeure
WEMSI-International (UK) shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of any course, or in the performance of any of its obligations, where such delay or failure results directly or indirectly from events beyond the company’s reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, invasion, rebellion, riot, civil unrest, malicious damage, fire, flood, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, strikes or other industrial disputes, unusually severe weather, or disruption to energy supplies.
Accommodation and Transport
All WEMSI-International (UK) courses are residential. Accommodation is included, and participants are expected to stay at the course venue for the duration of the course. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the course venue. Rooms are allocated to people of the same gender. If this isn’t appropriate for you, please contact us to discuss alternative options.
